The organisation offers the following membership categories:
All fees are annual. The exact amount is confirmed at the time of registration and shown in the Vipps agreement before you accept.
NNMCCD uses Vipps Recurring for automated annual membership renewal. By approving the recurring agreement in Vipps, you authorise NNMCCD to charge the agreed annual fee automatically on each renewal date.
Payments are charged once per year, on the anniversary of the date you first joined. For example, if you sign up on 15 August 2026, your membership renews on 15 August 2027, and each year thereafter.
You will receive a reminder notification via Vipps before each renewal charge.
If a renewal payment cannot be processed, Vipps will notify you. NNMCCD will attempt to reach you by email. Membership access continues for a short grace period; if payment is not completed, the membership will be suspended until the outstanding payment is resolved.
You may cancel your Vipps recurring agreement at any time:
Cancellation takes effect immediately. No further payments will be collected after cancellation. Your membership benefits continue until the end of the period already paid for. Fees already collected are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may also cancel by contacting us at contact.nnmccd@gmail.com — we will cancel the agreement on your behalf within 2 business days.
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of entering into it, in accordance with Norwegian consumer protection law (angrerettloven). To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at contact.nnmccd@gmail.com and we will cancel the agreement and issue a full refund.
Nordic Nutrition and Metabolic Center for Child Development processes personal data (name, email address, phone number, and payment information) for the purpose of administering your membership, sending member communications, and fulfilling legal obligations.
Your data is not sold to or shared with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to process your payment (e.g. Vipps AS).
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at contact.nnmccd@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norwegian personal data legislation (personopplysningsloven).
If you have a complaint or question about your membership or payment, please contact us at contact.nnmccd@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) at forbrukertilsynet.no.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of your membership after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Norwegian courts, with Bærum tingrett as the agreed venue.
