The organisation offers three membership categories:
Membership fees are collected annually. The fee amount and payment frequency are confirmed at the time of registration.
Membership fees can be paid using Vipps. By accepting the payment in Vipps, you enter into a membership agreement with Nordic Nutrition and Metabolic Center for Child Development and agree to these terms.
For recurring memberships set up through Vipps, the annual fee will be automatically collected on the renewal date unless the agreement is cancelled.
You may cancel your Vipps recurring membership agreement at any time directly in the Vipps app, under Agreements in your profile. Cancellation takes effect immediately — no further payments will be collected after cancellation.
Membership benefits continue until the end of the paid membership period. Fees already collected are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You also have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of entering into it, in accordance with Norwegian consumer protection law (angrerettloven). To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at kontakt@borkowskadietetyk.pl.
Nordic Nutrition and Metabolic Center for Child Development processes personal data (name, email address, phone number, and payment information) for the purpose of administering your membership, sending member communications, and fulfilling legal obligations.
Your data is not sold to or shared with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to process your payment (e.g. Vipps AS).
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at kontakt@borkowskadietetyk.pl to exercise these rights.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norwegian personal data legislation (personopplysningsloven).
If you have a complaint or question about your membership or payment, please contact us at kontakt@borkowskadietetyk.pl. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) at forbrukertilsynet.no.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of your membership after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Norwegian courts, with Bærum tingrett as the agreed venue.
