Nutrition and Supplementation
for Neuroatypical Children
Clinical Guide for Parents

Diet, supplements and gut-healing protocol
for children with ASD, ADHD and Asperger's

Before you begin

These materials are based on over 12 years of clinical experience with neuroatypical children and the GFCF diet β€” read more in the gut-brain axis article. Clinical observations show that children combining targeted diet with evidence-based supplementation achieve the best results. The protocol covers diet, gut nourishment, targeted supplementation and monitoring. Content is educational and does not replace diagnosis or individual medical care.

NNMCCD Clinical Protocol

The gut and the brain β€” a roadmap

Your step-by-step guide to your child's health

1

πŸ«™ Stomach β€” proper digestion

A healthy stomach is the start of the entire chain β€” without the right pH there is no absorption or protection against toxins.

  • Proper protein digestion β†’ activates gastric enzymes
  • Activates absorption of iron, B vitamins and magnesium
  • Reduces absorption of toxins and pathogens
  • Supplementation: Digestion Support β€” enzymes, betaine HCL, herbs, ox bile
2

🧱 Intestines β€” sealing the gut barrier

A leaky gut allows antigens through, activating brain inflammation. Repairing the barrier is the priority.

  • Bone broth β€” collagen and glycine for gut lining repair
  • Digestion Support: enzymes, betaine HCL, herbs, ox bile β€” the foundation of digestive support
  • Probiotics β€” recommended strains for children with ASD (Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium)
3

πŸ₯— GFCF Diet β€” the foundation of the protocol

Removing gluten and casein reduces gut and brain inflammation, and improves neurotransmission.

  • Flours: almond, coconut β€” for baking and cooking
  • Fats: coconut oil, ghee, duck fat (andefett)
  • Protein: meat, fish, organic eggs
  • Coconut yogurt as a dairy substitute
  • See recommended GFCF recipes below β†’
4

πŸ›‘οΈ Immune system β€” regulation

80% of the immune system resides in the gut. Repairing the gut calms immune hyperactivation.

  • Krill oil omega-3 β€” modulation of inflammatory cytokines
  • Zinc + selenium β€” immunity and detoxification
  • Vitamin D3+K2 β€” immune regulation
  • Avoiding food allergens (IgG/IgE testing)
  • Blood-brain barrier support
5

πŸŒ™ Healthy sleep β€” the glymphatic system β€” this is gold

Sleep activates the glymphatic system β€” the brain's toxin-clearing system that operates only at night.

  • Liquid magnesium (5 forms) β€” naturally activates melatonin production
  • Sleep hygiene: darkness, quiet, appropriate temperature
  • Proper protein digestion β†’ proper hormone production (melatonin, serotonin)
These 5 steps activate the body's natural protection and repair mechanisms
🚧
Blocks toxin influx

A tight gut and blood-brain barrier blocks toxins and heavy metals

πŸ’š
Naturalny healing

Epithelial regeneration, DNA repair, nerve remyelination

♻️
Detoxification

Liver, kidneys and the glymphatic system remove accumulated toxins

Section 2 β€” Diet

What to Include, What to Exclude

The foundation is a gluten-free and casein-free diet β€” eliminating casein means removing ALL dairy products, not just lactose. Gluten and casein break down into opioid-like compounds (gliadomorphins and casomorphins) that intensify inflammation and disrupt brain and gut function. We recommend a minimum of 6 months β€” that is the time needed to get a clear answer on effectiveness.

🐒 This is a marathon, not a sprint
Introduce changes at the child's pace. Some families eliminate everything at once; others start with one product per week. There is no single right speed β€” the journey is worth the effort.
βœ… Include β€” daily
βœ“Bone broth β€” daily, regenerates gut lining
βœ“Beef, lamb, organic chicken
βœ“Oily fish: salmon, mackerel, sardines (omega-3)
βœ“Free-range, organic eggs
βœ“Cooked vegetables: carrot, pumpkin, courgette, sweet potato
βœ“Avocado, coconut oil, olive oil
βœ“Berries β€” blueberries, raspberries, strawberries
βœ“Garlic, ginger, turmeric (anti-inflammatory)
βœ“Almonds, walnuts, almond butter (100%)
βœ“Coconut milk and coconut yogurt (dairy replacement)
βœ“Fermented vegetables β€” sauerkraut, pickles (natural probiotics)
❌ Exclude β€” for at least 3–6 months
βœ—Gluten: wheat, rye, spelt, oats, bread, pasta
βœ—Casein: cow's milk, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, butter
βœ—Sugar: sweets, biscuits, sweetened drinks, juice
βœ—Processed food: crackers, crisps, fast food
βœ—Dyes and preservatives: E102, E110, E621 (glutamate)
βœ—Industrial oils: sunflower, rapeseed, soybean
βœ—Yeast and yeast products (during gut repair phase)
βœ—Corn and cornstarch
βœ—Processed meats with nitrates and phosphates
βœ—GMO and unlabelled non-GMO products
βœ—Artificial sweeteners: aspartame, acesulfame K, sucralose
Section 3 β€” 30 Recipes

Proven Anti-Inflammatory Recipes

All recipes are free from gluten, casein and refined sugar. Adapted for children on an elimination diet β€” to ensure all nutritional requirements are met and deficiencies avoided. Familiar forms, gentle flavours, simple textures accepted by children with sensory sensitivity.

Important note: An elimination diet without adequate supplementation can deepen deficiencies. Targeted supplementation β€” based on test results and clinical history β€” is essential to cover all mineral and vitamin requirements. The recipes in this guide have been composed to make the diet as complete as possible, but supplementation remains an indispensable complement.
🍲

Bulion Leczniczy

Baza⏱ 2–12 h
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does it matter?
Why it matters: Glycine and proline from bones support gut epithelial rebuilding and mucosal sealing. Collagen aids bone and joint regeneration. Broth is one of the most bioavailable mineral sources β€” calcium, magnesium, phosphorus pass directly into the liquid. This is the foundation of the entire protocol.
⚠️ Bone quality matters
  • Use beef, lamb, veal or duck bones β€” from grass-fed animals, antibiotic-free
  • Do not use pork bones or stock cubes / flavour enhancers
  • Avoid supermarket bones with no origin information
Ingredients
  • 1–1.5 kg bones (beef, lamb or poultry)
  • 1 carrot, 1 celery stalk, a piece of leek
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (helps extract minerals)
  • Himalayan salt, bay leaf, allspice
  • 2,5–3 litry wody
Preparation: Cover bones with water and vinegar, leave 30 min. Bring to a boil, skim foam. Add vegetables and spices.

Long broth (best): Cook on very low heat for 8–12 hours or in a slow cooker overnight.
Short broth (for starters or sensitive children): 2–3 hours is enough for a milder broth rich in glycine β€” less intense in taste and smell, often better accepted initially.

Strain and refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze in portions.
πŸ’‘ For picky eaters β€” start with a spoonfulEven small amounts of broth given several times a day have a real impact on the gut lining. Start with 1–2 tbsp in soup, rice, or as a "sipping broth" through a straw. Don't rush β€” the goal is daily consistency, not a one-off serving.

Meatballs with Offal in Broth

Meat⏱ 30 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does it matter?
Why organ meats? Liver and heart are among the most nutrient-dense foods on earth β€” rich in haem iron, vitamin A, B12, CoQ10, zinc and copper. Ground and mixed with meat, they become invisible and tasteless β€” ideal for picky eaters with iron and vitamin deficiencies. Meatballs in broth combine gut healing with dense nutrition.
Meat β€” choose one or a mix:
  • Lamb, beef, veal, duck βœ“
  • Do not use pork
  • 20–30% of the weight: ground cooked liver or heart (beef or poultry)
Ingredients (approx. 20 meatballs)
  • 350 g ground beef or lamb
  • 100–150 g cooked liver or hearts β€” ground
  • 1 egg, Himalayan salt, a pinch of thyme
  • 500–700 ml healing broth for serving
Mix meat with organ meats, egg and spices. Form small balls (walnut-sized). Simmer in lightly boiling water or broth for 8–10 min. Serve in broth as a soup or separately with rice.
πŸ’‘ For picky eatersStart without offal, gradually increase to 20–30%. Freeze in portions β€” ready balls in broth make a fast, complete meal every day.

Chicken Nuggets (baked or fried)

Kurczak⏱ 25 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
The nugget format is one of the safest entry points for picky eaters β€” familiar shape, crispy texture and dipping potential. Almond flour and egg coating instead of wheat breadcrumbs β€” zero gluten, plus vitamin E and magnesium.
Ingredients (approx. 16 nuggets)
  • 400 g chicken breast (organic)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 100 g almond flour
  • Β½ tsp Himalayan salt
  • Β½ tsp garlic powder
  • Β½ tsp sweet or smoked paprika
  • A pinch of turmeric (optional β€” for colour)
  • 2 tbsp ghee (for frying) or coconut oil
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Coat each piece in beaten egg, then in almond flour mixed with spices.

Baked (recommended): Place on a lined tray, drizzle with ghee. Bake at 180Β°C for 30 min, turning halfway β€” golden and crispy.

Fried version: Fry in ghee over medium heat for 3–4 min per side.
πŸ’‘ Dipping saucesServe with homemade ketchup, avocado oil mayo or roasted vegetable sauce β€” recipes in the Sauces section below.

Butter Chicken na Mleku Kokosowym

Kurczak⏱ 35 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Organic chicken is a light, digestible protein rich in B3, B6 and phosphorus. Coconut milk instead of cream β€” healthy MCT fatty acids, casein-free. Turmeric and ginger act anti-inflammatorily. One of the favourite dishes among children with ASD β€” velvety sauce with no visible "vegetable chunks".
Ingredients
  • 500 g chicken breast or thighs (organic, boneless)
  • 400 ml coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste (sugar-free)
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
  • 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin, a pinch of ginger
  • Β½ tsp Himalayan salt, garlic powder
Cut chicken into pieces. SautΓ© in ghee for 5 min. Add spices, cook 1 min. Pour in coconut milk and tomato paste. Simmer over low heat for 20 min until sauce thickens. Serve with jasmine rice or millet.
πŸ’‘ For picky eatersBlend the sauce before adding chicken β€” smooth, no lumps. Children often accept the yellow colour from turmeric better than red.
🐟

Pan-Fried Fish in Clarified Butter

Ryba⏱ 15 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Wild-caught fish (not farmed) are the best source of DHA and EPA β€” omega-3 fatty acids essential for myelin and brain synapse formation. Rainbow trout, wild Atlantic salmon and cod are safe choices with low mercury content. Ghee perfectly complements the fat profile and introduces no casein.
Choose your fish (wild-caught, good source):
  • Rainbow trout β€” mild flavour, great for starters
  • Wild Atlantic salmon (not "Atlantic farmed")
  • Norwegian cod β€” delicate, white, easy to accept
Ingredients
  • 2 fillets (200–250 g each)
  • 1.5 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
  • Juice of Β½ lemon, Himalayan salt, dill or thyme
Pat fillets dry with a paper towel. Heat ghee in a pan. Fry fish skin-side down for 3–4 min, flip, 2 min. Drizzle with lemon. Alternative: bake at 180Β°C for 15 min β€” less smell, easier acceptance for sensory-sensitive children.
πŸ’‘ For picky eatersCod baked in foil produces almost no smell. Serve with cauliflower purΓ©e or rice β€” soft fish texture + soft side dish is a safe sensory combination.
🍳

Eggs in Clarified Butter β€” various preparations

Breakfast⏱ 5 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Why are eggs so important?
Choline β€” one egg yolk contains approx. 150 mg of choline, one of the most important nutrients for the brain. Choline is a precursor to acetylcholine (the neurotransmitter key to memory, focus and learning) and a building block for cell membrane phospholipids β€” including myelin surrounding nerves.

Cholesterol β€” essential, not the enemy. The brain is approx. 60% fat (dry weight), and cholesterol makes up about 25% of all brain fat. It holds about 20–25% of the body's total cholesterol stores. Cholesterol is essential for synaptogenesis (forming nerve connections), myelination and production of neurotransmitters and steroid hormones. Developing children need it β€” eliminating fat and eggs from a child with ASD's diet is a mistake.

Gut β€” lecithin from egg yolk supports gut mucosal regeneration and has anti-inflammatory effects.
Clarified butter (ghee) β€” why is it safe on the GFCF diet?
  • Ghee is butter from which casein, lactose and whey proteins have been removed through the clarification process
  • Contains butyrate β€” a short-chain fatty acid that nourishes gut epithelial cells
  • High smoke point β€” safe for frying unlike vegetable oils
Ingredients (1 serving)
  • 2–3 jajka od kur z wolnego wybiegu (najlepiej ekologiczne)
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt
Scrambled eggs (easiest): Heat ghee over low heat. Crack in eggs, stir slowly with a wooden spoon β€” slowly, over low heat, no rush. Remove just before done β€” residual heat will finish them.

Fried egg: Ghee in a cold pan, crack in egg, cover with lid, minimal heat β€” white sets, yolk stays runny.

Soft-boiled egg: Drop into boiling water for 6 minutes. Perfect for dipping β€” a popular format for children with ASD.

Hard-boiled egg (lunchbox): 10 minutes β€” easy to eat on the go or as a snack.
πŸ’‘ For picky eatersStart with the format the child already knows and accepts. Fried egg with crispy edges vs. creamy scrambled β€” texture matters. You can also serve as a "dipping egg" β€” children often eat more willingly when they can actively participate.

🧌

Zielone Smoothie Olebole

Smoothie⏱ 5 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Green = Hulk or Shrek! Spinach disappears in flavour when blended with banana β€” the child sees a "Shrek drink" and drinks willingly. Spinach provides iron, folate and magnesium; banana sweetens naturally.

πŸ₯š

Pasta Jajeczna z Majonezem Awokado

Lunch⏱ 15 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Egg salad is a concentrated source of choline, protein and healthy fats β€” in a form most children accept. Avocado oil mayo instead of sunflower eliminates pro-inflammatory omega-6. Avocado oil has a high smoke point and neutral flavour.
Majonez na oleju z awokado (domowy)
  • 1 jajko (w temperaturze pokojowej)
  • 200 ml oleju z awokado
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, Β½ tsp mustard (sugar-free)
  • Szczypta soli

πŸ§‡

Gofry Bananowe (bez glutenu)

Breakfast⏱ 20 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Three ingredients, zero gluten, zero casein β€” and children love waffles. Banana sweetens naturally and provides potassium and B6. Eggs supply choline. Almond flour β€” vitamin E, magnesium, healthy fats. Perfect as a "normal" breakfast with no compromises.
Ingredients (4–5 waffles)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g almond flour
  • A pinch of salt, optional cinnamon
  • Coconut oil or ghee for the waffle iron
Mash bananas with a fork. Add eggs and almond flour, mix. Heat waffle iron, grease with ghee. Pour in batter, close, cook 3–4 min. Serve with fruit purΓ©e or almond butter.
πŸ’‘ For picky eatersWaffles have "grid squares" β€” for many children with ASD this is a predictable, safe format. Can be frozen and reheated in a toaster.
🍌

Banana Bread (gluten-free, egg-rich)

Pieczywo⏱ 55 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Alternative to wheat bread β€” usually the most problematic food in a child with ASD's diet. High egg count provides protein and choline. Banana/almond flour instead of wheat. Loaf format β€” familiar, sliceable, can be eaten "like a sandwich".
Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or ghee (melted)
  • A pinch of salt, optionally cinnamon or cacao
Preheat oven to 175Β°C. Mash bananas, mix with all ingredients. Pour into a lined loaf tin. Bake 45–50 min (skewer should come out clean). Cool before slicing β€” best the next day.
πŸ’‘ For picky eaters"Chocolate" version with 2 tbsp cacao is often more accepted than the plain version β€” dark colour reminds children of chocolate.
🌢️

Zupa z Pieczonych Warzyw

Zupa⏱ 45 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Roasting caramelises vegetables, reducing their bitter taste and aroma intensity β€” these are often the features of raw vegetables that put off sensory-sensitive children. Soup with broth instead of water = extra collagen and minerals.
Ingredients
  • 2 red peppers, 1 onion, 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 marchewki, 1 cukinia
  • 700 ml bulionu leczniczego
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, thyme
  • Optional: 1 tbsp ghee at the end
Cut vegetables into pieces, place on a tray, drizzle with oil and season. Roast at 200Β°C for 30–35 min until lightly browned. Transfer to a pot, add broth, bring to a boil. Blend until smooth. Optionally add a tbsp of ghee β€” fat improves absorption of fat-soluble vitamins.
πŸ’‘ For picky eatersSmooth texture β€” no lumps. Caramelised vegetables taste sweeter and milder than boiled. Serve in a cup with a straw.
πŸ₯¦

Creamy Broccoli and Celery Soup with Coconut Milk

Zupa⏱ 30 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Broccoli is one of the best sources of sulforaphane β€” a compound with strong anti-inflammatory and liver-detoxifying properties. Celery contains apigenin and anti-inflammatory flavonoids. Coconut milk + ghee create a creamy casein-free base rich in MCT.
Ingredients
  • 1 head of broccoli (approx. 500 g)
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 400 ml mleka kokosowego
  • 300 ml bulionu
  • 1 tbsp ghee, salt, a pinch of nutmeg
Cook broccoli and celery in broth until soft (12–15 min). Add coconut milk and ghee. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and nutmeg. Serve topped with pumpkin seeds (zinc + magnesium).
πŸ’‘ For picky eatersMarket the green colour β€” "dragon soup" or "cosmic cream". Serve with a straw β€” children often drink more willingly than eating with a spoon.
πŸ₯‘

Nutritional Shake (Avocado + Blueberries)

Drink⏱ 5 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
A shake is a way to pack a large amount of nutrients into one serving. Avocado: omega-9 acids, potassium, vitamin E. Blueberries: antioxidants, anthocyanins, neuroprotective effect. Banana: potassium, B6, natural sweetness. Coconut milk: MCT for the brain.
Ingredients (2 servings)
  • Β½ ripe avocado
  • 100 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banan
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • Optional: 1 tbsp MCT or flaxseed oil, ice
Put everything in a blender. Blend 30–60 seconds. Serve immediately or chilled. The purple-green colour depends on ratio β€” more blueberries = darker, more accepted by many children.
πŸ’‘ For picky eatersServe through a thick straw as a "space drink". Frozen blueberries make the shake thicker and colder β€” closer to an ice cream texture.
🍦

Egg Yolk and Coconut Yogurt Ice Cream

Dessert⏱ 10 min + freezing
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Egg yolks provide choline and lecithin. Coconut yogurt provides probiotics and MCT without casein. Nut butter (almond or cashew) provides healthy fats and magnesium. A dessert the child will eat with pleasure β€” and which nourishes at the same time.
Ingredients
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 200 g jogurtu kokosowego (bez dodatku cukru)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp almond or cashew butter
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Blend all ingredients. Pour into ice lolly moulds or a container. Freeze minimum 4 h. Remove 5 min before serving. Alternative: "soft serve" version β€” blend with frozen banana without additional freezing.
πŸ’‘ For picky eatersIce lolly format or scoops in a rice wafer cone β€” the "real ice cream" format matters enormously for acceptance.
🍫

Domowa Nutella (Jajko + Kakao + Banan)

Spread⏱ 10 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Raw cacao is one of the best sources of magnesium and neuroprotective flavonoids. Eggs = choline. Banana = potassium and B6. Honey = natural enzymes and antibacterial properties. No refined sugar, no palm oil, no artificial flavours β€” and children think it tastes like real Nutella.
Ingredients
  • 2 jajka
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao or carob
  • 1–2 tbsp raw honey
  • Optional: 1 tbsp almond butter, a pinch of salt
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a jar. Refrigerate up to 4–5 days. Serve on rice crackers, as waffle filling, or as a "dipping cream" with fruit.
πŸ’‘ For picky eatersConsistency is more fluid than jarred Nutella β€” children who like to dip will love it. Can also be frozen in moulds as "chocolate ice cream".
πŸ§ƒ

Domowe Sosy β€” ketchup, majonez, sos warzywny

Sosy⏱ 5–15 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Ready-made sauces contain sugar, preservatives, wheat vinegar or glucose-fructose syrup. Homemade sauces take 5 minutes and give you control over every ingredient β€” and for a child dipping nuggets, the difference is invisible.
πŸ… Domowy ketchup
  • 150 ml przecieru pomidorowego (passata)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • Szczypta soli, czosnku w proszku, oregano
Mix, heat 2 min. Refrigerate up to one week.
πŸ₯‘ Majonez na oleju z awokado lub oliwy

Omelette Wrap with Lumpom and Salmon

Lunch / Breakfast⏱ 10 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Lumpom (Norwegian potato flatbread) is traditionally made only from potato β€” naturally gluten-free. Combined with eggs and salmon it is a complete meal rich in protein, choline and omega-3. The "wrap" format is closer to a sandwich than an omelette β€” better accepted by children who don't like eggs in traditional form.
Ingredients (1 porcja)
  • 2–3 jajka
  • 1 lumpom (Norwegian potato flatbread) (check label β€” potato only; alternative: rice wrap or GF tortilla)
  • 50 g tinned salmon (without soy oil), smoked salmon, or cooked chicken/meat
  • Szczypta soli, ghee do patelni
  • Opcjonalnie: domowy ketchup do podania
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt. Heat a pan with a little ghee.

Pour eggs as for an omelette β€” across the entire pan surface. Spread salmon (or meat) evenly on top.

When the egg is lightly set on the bottom (but top still slightly moist), place lumpom directly on the egg and press gently.

Flip everything β€” lumpom on the bottom, egg on top. Fry 30 seconds. Transfer to a board with the egg side up, roll or fold in half.

Slice like wraps. Serve with homemade ketchup or mayo.
πŸ’‘ For picky eatersSliced with ketchup for dipping β€” finger food format. Many children who refuse "eggs" accept them in this form because they don't look like eggs.

Jogurt Kokosowy Waniliowy z Owocami

Breakfast / Snack⏱ 2 min
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Coconut yogurt provides probiotics without casein β€” supports gut flora without the risk of cow's milk protein reactions. Vanilla naturally reduces sugar cravings. Fruits provide vitamin C and antioxidants. One of the simplest breakfast or snack options the child will accept.
Ingredients
  • 150–200 g jogurtu kokosowego (naturalnego lub waniliowego)
  • A handful of fruit: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, sliced banana
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey, a pinch of cinnamon
Serve yogurt with fruit on top β€” or blend everything into a smooth yogurt smoothie for children who prefer uniform texture. Serve in a cup through a straw or in a bowl as a "breakfast dessert".
πŸ’‘ For picky eaters"Parfait" version in a transparent cup β€” layers of yogurt and fruit β€” many children with ASD like a predictable, visually ordered food arrangement.

Jaglanka na Mleku Kokosowym

Breakfast⏱ 20 min + soaking
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Millet is naturally gluten-free and alkaline-forming β€” supports the body's pH balance. Soaking and rinsing removes phytic acid, which blocks absorption of iron and zinc. An egg added at the end provides choline and stabilises blood glucose. Cinnamon regulates blood sugar.
⚠️ Important: soak the night before
  • Evening: cover millet with cold water (2Γ— the volume). Leave overnight.
  • Morning: drain, rinse thoroughly under cold running water for 1–2 min.
  • This eliminates bitterness and phytic acid.
Ingredients (2 servings)
  • 100 g millet (soaked and rinsed)
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
  • Β½ tsp cinnamon, a pinch of salt
Cook rinsed millet in coconut milk with water over low heat approx. 15 min, stirring, until liquid is absorbed. Add mashed banana, ghee and cinnamon. Crack in egg, stir quickly and heat for another 2 min over low heat, stirring constantly. For smooth consistency: blend everything into a cream.
πŸ’‘ For picky eatersThe blended version is smooth like pudding β€” very well accepted by texture-sensitive children. Can also be served with blueberries or coconut yogurt on top.
πŸ₯£

Owsianka na Mleku Kokosowym (moczona)

Breakfast⏱ 5 min + soaking
πŸ“‹ Ingredients & Preparation
Why does this matter?
Certified gluten-free oats (GF oats) are an exception β€” for children who tolerate oats well. Overnight soaking activates enzymes and reduces phytic acid. Cooked in coconut milk provides MCT. Note: some children with ASD react to avenin (oat protein) similarly to gluten β€” observe for 2–3 weeks.
Ingredients
  • 80 g certified gluten-free oats (GF oats)
  • 200 ml mleka kokosowego
  • Evening: cover oats with coconut milk, refrigerate
  • Rano: podgrzej lub podaj na zimno
  • Toppings: fresh fruit (blueberries, raspberries, banana), coconut yogurt, almond butter, cinnamon
Cold version (overnight oats): remove from fridge in the morning, stir and add fruit β€” ready in 1 minute.

Warm version: heat over low heat for 3–4 min, stirring. Add fruit and coconut yogurt after serving to keep them fresh.
πŸ’‘ For picky eatersPorridge with banana and almond butter on top β€” many children accept it as a "pudding" when it has a familiar flavour. Avoid adding everything at once β€” children with ASD often prefer ingredients separately.

At minimum, use reusable nappies at night or during naps.

🍳 Pots and pans β€” steel and ceramic
⚠️ Why these, and not others? Teflon (PTFE) and other non-stick coatings release toxic gases and micro-particles when heated above 230°C. Aluminium and uncoated copper can react with acidic food. Best alternatives: 18/10 stainless steel or lead- and cadmium-free ceramic.

Ninja Crispi Pro Glass Airfryer

Ninja Crispi Pro Glass β€” Glass Airfryer

sharkninja.no · Norway
Why glass, not plastic? Standard airfryers have plastic baskets coated with teflon (PTFE/PFAS). At 200–240Β°C, teflon begins to break down and release micro-particles and toxic gases harmful to the nervous system. The Ninja Crispi Pro Glass has a removable glass bowl β€” glass releases no BPA, PFAS or microplastics regardless of temperature. Perfect for GFCF protocol cooking: vegetables, fish, meat, sweet potato chips β€” no extra fat and no toxins from the container.

πŸ₯› Homemade plant milk β€” no emulsifiers or E-additives
⚠️ Why not buy plant milk from the shop? Shop-bought plant milk (oat, almond, rice) contains: emulsifiers (E471, E472e), refined vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower), gums (xanthan, guar), sometimes colourings and flavour enhancers. For children on the GFCF diet it is crucial to eliminate not only casein but also these additives β€” many disrupt gut barrier integrity. Homemade milk = only grains/nuts + water.
Mylky Plant Milk Maker

Mylky β€” Plant Milk Machine

mylky.no · Norway
Mylky is simple: pour in oats, nuts or almonds, add water, start β€” ready in minutes. Make: oat milk, almond milk, coconut milk, cashew milk, hemp milk. No E-additives, no sugar, no refined oils. For neuroatypical children this is not just about gut health β€” emulsifiers and synthetic additives can amplify immune reactivity and disrupt the gut-brain axis. Easy to clean β€” important for daily use.

SRT Hydro β€” Water Filter (Reverse Osmosis)

srtech.pl · code: HOLISTIC (10–15% discount)
Why reverse osmosis? RO systems remove fluoride (neurotoxin, especially problematic with iodine deficiency), chlorine and chloramines (disrupt gut flora), heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury), pesticides and pharmaceuticals. Norwegian water is of good quality, but in the context of a detox protocol and gut health β€” clean RO-filtered water is important support. Especially recommended during heavy metal chelation protocols for children with ASD.

πŸ’‘ The principle of minimising toxins: You don't need to buy everything at once. Start with fluoride-free toothpaste and a reusable nappy at night. When the budget allows β€” add metal cookware and a water filter. The ozonator is a long-term investment β€” if you regularly buy fresh fruit and vegetables, it pays for itself within a year.

πŸ’§ Water and home environment

Norwegian tap water is good quality, but in older buildings check for lead pipes. A carbon filter (Brita) reduces chlorine and other substances. Avoid BPA plastics. Cleaning products and cosmetics β€” choose without phthalates, parabens or synthetic fragrances. The home environment directly affects a child's toxin exposure.

Section 6 β€” Supplements

Supplements β€” NNMCCD Protocol

Supplements fill gaps and support cellular mechanisms. They do not treat β€” but with a functioning gut and proper diet, they can work optimally. The protocol is divided into 4 sets (KITs) matched to each child's clinical profile and goals. We always start with GUT KIT β€” without a functioning gut, no subsequent supplement will work fully.

KIT 1

πŸ«€ GUT KIT β€” Foundation for every child

The first and mandatory stage of the protocol. Without a functioning gut, no subsequent supplement will work optimally. Recommended from day one β€” regardless of other symptoms.

πŸ‘Ά For every neuroatypical child Β· Start here
Digestive Support dla Dzieci PureNordic

The first and most important step in the protocol. Supports digestion, nutrient absorption and gut microbiota balance β€” without this, no other supplement will work optimally.

Composition and clinical mechanism
Why is this supplement unique β€” and why do we always start with it?

Children with ASD very often have disrupted digestion β€” too little stomach acid, enzyme deficiencies and gut dysbiosis. These are not isolated problems β€” they directly affect absorption of vitamins and minerals, and through the gut-brain axis β€” the child's behaviour, sleep and reactivity. You cannot effectively supplement anything else if the gut is not absorbing properly. That is why Digestive Support is always the first step in the protocol.

πŸ§ͺ Betaine HCl + Apple cider vinegarSupports stomach acid production β€” key for protein digestion, mineral absorption and reducing the risk of parasitic infections and heavy metal absorption.
βš™οΈ Digestive enzymes (full spectrum)Phytase, lactase, alpha-galactosidase, pectinase, cellulase, xylanase, protease, lipase, amylase, glucoamylase, beta-glucanase β€” break down proteins, fats, carbohydrates and fibre. Supports gluten and lactose digestion, reduces bloating. Papain and bromelain are natural proteolytic enzymes reducing allergic reactions.
🌿 Natural fibreSupports gut motility and regular bowel movements β€” especially important for children with constipation, a common symptom in children with ASD.
πŸ„ Saccharomyces boulardiiA special probiotic yeast strain β€” helps restore gut flora balance, inhibits Candida overgrowth, which is often linked to sugar cravings and yeast infections.
🌱 Herbal blend + Choline + NACHerbs act antiparasitically and support the gut mucosa's natural immunity. Choline and NAC support liver detoxification and gut membrane integrity.
🍽️ With each main meal For children who don't like capsules β€” product available as gummies.
Elektrolytter PureNordic

Cellular-level hydration β€” transport of vitamins, minerals and neurotransmitters. Especially important in Norway, where soft water is poor in minerals.

Composition & clinical mechanism
Why are electrolytes especially important for neuroatypical children?

Norwegian water is soft and low in minerals β€” drinking water alone without electrolytes may not hydrate tissues effectively at the cellular level. Especially recommended for children with constipation, which may result from gut tissue dehydration rather than lack of fibre.

⚑ Nutrient transportElectrolytes are essential for active transport of vitamins and minerals across cell membranes β€” without them, supplements are absorbed less effectively.
🧹 Detoxification and toxin removalProper hydration and electrolyte gradient support kidney and lymph function β€” key mechanisms for removing heavy metals and environmental toxins.
πŸ’§ Tissue hydrationTrace minerals from Arctic sources + vitamin C from Nordic berries β€” the formula supports cellular-level hydration, not just volumetric.
🌊 Constipation β€” mechanismWhen electrolytes are deficient, the colon thickens and absorbs too much water from the stool. Regular electrolyte supplementation is one of the first interventions for constipation in children with ASD.
πŸŒ… Rano na czczo + into the school water bottle or after-school drink. For children who dislike the taste β€” dissolve in a lightly sweetened juice the child tolerates.
Silisium Krzem PureNordic

Aluminium antagonist, gut mucosal support and bone structure β€” especially important on an elimination diet and with heavy metal exposure.

Composition & clinical mechanism
Why krzem jest kluczowy w protokole?

Silicon (silicium) is a trace element with exceptional structural and detoxifying properties. It acts as a natural aluminium antagonist β€” capable of binding aluminium ions and supporting their elimination from the body. Especially relevant in the context of ASD, where heavy metal exposure is one of the studied contributing factors.

πŸͺ¨ Aluminium antagonistBinds aluminium and supports its removal from the body. With aluminium burden (environment, cookware, cosmetics) β€” valuable detox support.
πŸ₯ Mucosal regenerationSupports gut mucosal rebuilding β€” key in "leaky gut", common in children with ASD.
🦷 Bones and teeth on elimination dietWhen dairy is eliminated, the risk of calcium deficiency rises. Silicon supports bone mineralisation even with limited calcium intake.
πŸŒ… Morning with a meal or on an empty stomach Drop form β€” easy to dose. Can be added to water or the child's juice.
Magnez 5 form PureNordic
4

Magnez PureNordic (5 form w kroplach)

purenordic.life β†’ Magnesium i drΓ₯per β†—

5 forms of magnesium in drops β€” each reaching a different tissue. Supports sleep, concentration, energy production and cognitive function. Key for children with ASD and ADHD.

Composition & clinical mechanism
Why 5 form magnezu β€” i dlaczego to ma znaczenie?

Magnesium participates in over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body. Different forms reach different tissues and serve different functions. That is why the PureNordic formula combines 5 forms simultaneously β€” providing broad, complementary action. Especially important for children with sleep and concentration problems.

🧠 Magnesium glycinateMost bioavailable form. Glycine has a calming effect on the nervous system β€” supports sleep and reduces hyperactivity.
πŸ‹ Magnesium citrateActs gently on the gut, supports motility. Good form for constipation.
⚑ Magnesium malateSupports mitochondrial function and cellular energy production (ATP). Important with chronic fatigue and muscle pain.
❀️ Magnesium taurateSupports the heart and nervous system. Taurine has neuroprotective effects and supports neurotransmitter regulation.
🧩 Magnesium L-threonateThe only form that crosses the blood-brain barrier. Supports cognitive function, memory and concentration β€” key for children with ASD and ADHD.
πŸŒ™ Wieczorem 1–2 h przed snem Drop form β€” easy to dose for children of all ages. Can be added to water or juice.
Witamina D3+K2 PureNordic

In Norway, vitamin D deficiency is common for 8 months of the year. D3 regulates the immune system and neurotransmitter synthesis. K2 directs calcium to bones β€” essential with any D3 supplementation.

Composition & clinical mechanism
Why D3+K2 to fundamentalny suplement w Norwegii?

Norway lies at a latitude that prevents vitamin D synthesis from sunlight for approximately 8 months of the year. Deficiency is common β€” especially in children who may spend less time outdoors. K2 (MK-7) is essential to ensure that calcium mobilised by D3 goes to bones, not soft tissues and blood vessels.

β˜€οΈ Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)Regulates over 200 genes. Supports the immune system, neurotransmitter synthesis (serotonin, dopamine) and inflammation modulation β€” key in ASD.
🦴 Vitamin K2 (MK-7)Activates proteins (osteocalcin, MGP) that direct calcium to bones and teeth, not soft tissues. Essential with D3 supplementation β€” especially in children on an elimination diet.
πŸ«’ Oil baseD3 and K2 are fat-soluble β€” drop form in an oil base ensures optimal absorption without needing a fatty meal.
β˜€οΈ Morning with a meal 1–2 drops daily for children β€” adjust dose to 25(OH)D test results. Drop form enables precise dosing.
BioGaia Gastrus
6

Probiotyk BioGaia Gastrus

apotea.no β†’ BioGaia Gastrus β†—

Two L. reuteri strains with documented effects on the gut-brain axis β€” including a strain acting via the oxytocin mechanism, supporting social interaction and anxiety reduction in children with ASD.

Composition & clinical mechanism
Why BioGaia Gastrus and not an ordinary probiotic?

BioGaia Gastrus contains two specific L. reuteri strains (DSM 17938 + ATCC PTA 6475) with documented effects on the gut-brain axis. Superkraft β€” Oksekraft Usaltet (bulion kostny w proszku)

superkraftmat.no β†’ Oksekraft Usaltet β†—

Norwegian concentrated beinbuljong from beef bones, slow-cooked 24 hours and gently dried. No salt, no additives β€” pure collagen, gelatine and minerals. One teaspoon of powder = a cup of broth ready in 30 seconds.

Clinical mechanism and dosage
Why is bone broth the foundation before supplements?

Collagen from bones breaks down during cooking into gelatine, and then into amino acids (glycine, proline, glutamine) that directly seal the gut lining. In children with ASD, increased intestinal permeability is commonly found β€” gelatine literally fills the loosened tight junctions between enterocytes, limiting antigen entry into the bloodstream and reducing neuroinflammation.

Glutamine delivered via broth is fuel for enterocytes β€” gut cells burn it faster than glucose. Minerals (magnesium, phosphorus, calcium) are in chelated form β€” more bioavailable than mineral salts.

🦴 Collagen / GelatineSeals the gut mucosa, reduces permeability (leaky gut) β€” a key mechanism in ASD pathophysiology.
🧬 Glycine + GlutamineFuel for enterocytes, supports gut epithelial regeneration after every meal.
⚑ Bone minerals (Mg, Ca, P)In chelated form β€” higher absorption than mineral salt supplements.
βœ… Usaltet (unsalted)Salt-free version β€” ideal for children, allows control of sodium intake and flexible dosing.
πŸ§‚ Add unrefined natural salt The usaltet broth contains no salt β€” supplement with unrefined natural salt (Himalayan or sea salt). It provides trace minerals and electrolytes essential for proper gut and nervous system function. Avoid refined (table) salt.
πŸŒ… Morning β€” on an empty stomach or as first liquid ½–1 tsp powder in hot water (150–250 ml). Can be added to soups, rice, porridge. Introduce over 4 weeks before assessing effect. Also available: Kyllingkraft Usaltet (milder taste, 89% collagen) β€” good alternative for children with sensory sensitivity to beef flavour.

Mitochondrial Formula with Krill Oil

purenordic.life β†’ Mitochondrial Formula β†—

Krill oil + CoQ10 + alpha-lipoic acid β€” comprehensive mitochondrial and nervous system support for children with chronic fatigue, concentration difficulties and sleep disorders.

Composition & clinical mechanism
Why is mitochondrial support so important in children with autism?

Research increasingly points to mitochondrial dysfunction as one of the key mechanisms in ASD. Mitochondria are the "power plants" of every cell β€” when they do not produce energy efficiently enough, brain function, the nervous system, detoxification and overall metabolism all suffer. In children with ASD we observe: chronic fatigue, concentration difficulties, sleep disorders and emotional regulation problems β€” all linked to mitochondrial energy deficit.

🦐 Krill oil β€” EPA and DHAHighly bioavailable Antarctic krill oil is one of the best sources of omega-3 (EPA and DHA) β€” in phospholipid form that reaches neuron cell membranes directly. DHA builds myelin and synapses. EPA acts as a powerful anti-inflammatory.
⚑ Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)Key cofactor of the mitochondrial respiratory chain β€” without Q10, mitochondria cannot produce ATP (cellular energy). Deficiency is often observed in children with ASD and ADHD.
🌿 Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA)Powerful mitochondrial antioxidant and heavy metal chelator β€” supports removal of lead and mercury from tissues. Acts synergistically with Q10 and regenerates other antioxidants (vitamin C, E, glutathione).
β˜€οΈ Morning with a fat-containing meal Omega-3 and Q10 are fat-soluble β€” they absorb significantly better with a fatty meal.

Jod β€” PureNordic z arktycznych alg

purenordic.life β†’ Jod DrΓ₯per β†— ⚠️ Optional β€” best after thyroid test results

One of the most overlooked deficiencies in neuroatypical children. Affects thyroid, concentration and immunity. Minimum dose: 0.25 ml β€” best personalised after testing.

Clinical mechanism and dosage
Why is iodine so often overlooked?

In spectrophotometric screening conducted in 80% of children referred to our clinic, iodine deficiency was found β€” one of the most overlooked deficiencies in neuroatypical children. PureNordic Iodine comes from algae from northern Norway β€” the purest available form, free from environmental contaminants.

πŸ¦‹ Thyroid functionEssential for production of T3 and T4 hormones, regulating metabolism, growth and neurological development. Deficiency leads to subclinical hypothyroidism.
🧠 Concentration and memoryThyroid hormones directly affect neuron myelination. Iodine deficiency in children correlates with concentration difficulties and information processing problems.
πŸ›‘οΈ ImmunityIodine acts antibacterially at the mucosal level β€” especially important in children with recurrent infections.
⚠️ Introduction protocolMUST be introduced after gut stabilisation (Digestive Support) and electrolyte and magnesium replenishment. Iodine activation triggers detoxification mechanisms that require support.
πŸŒ… Rano z elektrolitami i magnezem Minimum dose: 0.25 ml daily. Increase dose gradually and observe the response. Best personalised after thyroid tests (TSH, fT3, fT4). Always combine with magnesium and electrolytes.
⚠️ Before introducing iodine: Always combine with magnesium and electrolytes. Start with the minimum dose of 0.25 ml and observe the response for 2 weeks. Clinical consultation or thyroid testing recommended before implementation.

B-Complex Metylowany z TMG

βš•οΈ Only after confirmed MTHFR mutation β€” clinical consultation required purenordic.life β†’ B-Kompleks med TMG β†—

Methylated B vitamins + TMG (trimethylglycine) β€” support the methylation pathway (MTHFR), neurotransmitter synthesis and homocysteine detoxification.

Mechanizm kliniczny i wskazania
Why metylacja ma znaczenie w ASD?

Many children with ASD carry MTHFR gene variants that impair the conversion of folate to the active methylated form (5-MTHF). Methylation disorders affect neurotransmitter synthesis, detoxification and gene expression. Methylated B-complex with TMG is introduced only after assessing methylation and homocysteine status β€” incorrect dosing can worsen symptoms.

πŸ§ͺ Methylfolate (5-MTHF)Active form of folic acid β€” bypasses the MTHFR enzyme block. Essential for neurotransmitter synthesis, DNA and cellular repair.
πŸ’Š Methylcobalamin (B12)Active form of B12 β€” supports nerve myelination, DNA synthesis and homocysteine regulation.
🌿 TMG (Trimethylglycine)Methyl group donor β€” supports remethylation of homocysteine to methionine. Acts synergistically with B12 and folate in the methylation pathway.
⚠️ Individual adjustment mandatoryDosing requires assessment of methylation status (homocysteine, MTHFR, MMA). Excessively aggressive dosing can trigger "overmethylation". Contact the NNMCCD clinic before implementing.
βš•οΈ Only after clinical consultation We introduce this supplement after assessing the methylation profile and laboratory results. Contact NNMCCD to assess indications.
πŸ“‹ This content is educational and does not replace individual clinical consultation. Supplement dosing should be tailored to the child's age, weight and test results. When implementing the protocol β€” contact our clinic or your own clinical dietitian.

FRAA β€” Folate Receptor Antibody Assay

The FRAA test detects antibodies blocking folate receptors in the brain β€” even if the blood folate level is normal. This is the key distinction: the blood may have enough folate, but the brain does not receive it because receptors are blocked by the body's own antibodies. This condition is called Cerebral Folate Deficiency (CFD).

Why does it matter?

CFD is increasingly documented in children with ASD and ADHD. Symptoms: speech delay, sleep disorders, stereotypies, developmental regression, irritability. Leucovorin therapy (active folate) may support neurological functions β€” but requires prior diagnosis via FRAA.

How to get the test?

The FRAA test is performed from blood (serum sample). Available privately in Norway through Lab1. We can help organise the referral and interpret the result. A positive result forms the basis for a discussion with a neurologist about leucovorin.

Petition to Statens legemiddelverk: NNMCCD actively works to get leucovorin recognised by Norwegian regulatory authorities as a therapy for children with CFD. If you want to support this initiative β€” sign the petition. Every signature counts.

MTHFR + COMT β€” genetic methylation polymorphisms

The MTHFR gene encodes an enzyme that converts folic acid into its active form (5-MTHF), essential for the process of methylation. Methylation is one of the most important biochemical processes β€” it affects vitamin B activation, production of serotonin, dopamine and noradrenaline, liver toxin neutralisation and gene expression. MTHFR mutations (C677T, A1298C) are found in a significant proportion of children with ASD β€” even with an apparently adequate diet, deficiencies accumulate because enzymatic folate conversion is impaired.

What does the test check?

MTHFR + COMT panel from saliva or blood sample. Detects variants C677T and A1298C (MTHFR) and Val158Met (COMT). The result allows the appropriate form of folate (methylfolate instead of folic acid) and B vitamins to be selected in the supplementation protocol.

Why is this worth testing?

Without knowing MTHFR status, one can supplement ordinary folic acid for years without effect. A positive result changes the entire B-complex supplementation strategy β€” we then direct to methylated forms (methylfolate, methylcobalamin), which bypass the damaged enzyme.

We help organise the test

NNMCCD helps families order the MTHFR test β€” we indicate the right laboratory, help interpret the result and tailor supplementation. The test costs approximately 3,500 NOK (private, not reimbursed by NAV). Write to us β€” we respond within 24h.

Supportive Therapies

Supportive Therapies

Diet and supplementation are the foundation β€” but some children need additional support that acts at the cellular and neurological level. The following therapies are recommended as a complement to the NNMCCD protocol, not a replacement.

πŸ’‘
Terapia domowa

Milta Pad β€” Photobiomodulation

The Milta Pad is a photobiomodulation (PBM) device emitting infrared and red light at 660 nm and 850 nm. Therapy involves illuminating the body β€” especially the abdomen, spine and head β€” for a few minutes daily. Can be used at home, without medical supervision, from early childhood.

How does it work?

Infrared light photons penetrate through skin and tissues to a depth of 5–10 cm. They are absorbed by cytochrome c oxidase in mitochondria β€” stimulating ATP production (cellular energy), reducing oxidative stress and activating DNA repair pathways.

Efekty kliniczne

Reduction of neuroinduced inflammation, support for nerve remyelination, improved sleep quality, decreased sensory hypersensitivity and arousal. In children with ASD, improvements in eye contact and reduction of self-stimulatory behaviours have been observed.

Combined with the protocol

Best results when used alongside GUT KIT β€” gut regeneration and mitochondrial stimulation mutually reinforce each other. Milta's electromagnetic field (PEMF) also supports magnesium absorption through the skin.

Praktycznie

Session 10–20 minutes daily. Children usually tolerate it well β€” no pain, no sound. Can be used while falling asleep or resting. NNMCCD provides pads for member loan.

Frequency Therapy

Frequency therapy (frequency therapy / bioresonance) involves influencing the nervous system and body cells using precisely selected electromagnetic or sound frequencies. It is conducted at the NNMCCD clinic in Oslo under therapist supervision.

Mechanism of action

Frequencies act by regulating the autonomic nervous system β€” reducing sympathetic branch activity (fight-or-flight) and strengthening parasympathetic (rest-and-digest). They improve brainwave coherence (especially theta and alpha waves), which in children with ASD often show abnormal patterns.

Obserwowane efekty

Reduction of sensory hypersensitivity, decreased stimulus reactivity, improved sleep quality and concentration, calmer behaviour after sessions. Particularly helpful for children with strong arousal and emotional regulation difficulties.

Dla kogo?

Children and adolescents with ASD, ADHD, sensory hypersensitivity, sleep problems, anxiety and concentration difficulties. Therapy is non-invasive, painless and well tolerated by most children.
